Do I have to follow a strict diet?

No. My whole approach is built around sustainable eating, not restriction. We work with foods you enjoy, your real schedule, and your preferences. The goal is a way of eating you can actually keep.

How long before I see results?

Most clients notice better energy, less bloating, and improved sleep within the first two to three weeks. Body composition changes follow with consistent effort. I focus on lasting results, not quick fixes.

Is this only for weight loss?

Not at all. I work with clients on gut health, energy, hormone balance, sports performance, and general wellbeing. Weight is just one signal among many.

Do you work with clients online?

Yes. All assessments, plans, and coaching sessions run online over video and WhatsApp. You can work with me from anywhere in the world.
